Omni Construction Services was built on a simple belief: great construction is about more than what we build. It's about how we serve the people who trust us to build it.
With more than 30 years of construction experience and deep roots in the Conroe community, founder Pete Ringo Jr. has shaped Omni around a commitment to quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and doing what's right for the client, even when it isn't the most profitable choice.
As the needs of our community have grown, so have we. Today, Omni serves homeowners and businesses through four specialized divisions: Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, HomeWorks, and AccessAbility. That means the same people who built your kitchen can fix your gate, finish out your office suite, or make your parents' bathroom safe for another decade at home.
We're proud to be locally rooted, family-led, and surrounded by a team that shares our values. We believe relationships matter, details matter, and the way we treat people matters just as much as the finished project.

Pete Ringo Jr.
Founder & Chief Steward
Pete founded Omni on a commitment to Purpose Over Profits. With more than 30 years of construction experience and deep roots in Montgomery County, he leads the team with integrity and remains personally involved in estimating commercial projects and select residential work.
Krista Adkins
Director of Marketing, Community Engagement & Client Experience
Krista builds Omni's relationships in the community and helps shape how clients experience the company from their first conversation through the completion of a project. She works across the team to strengthen communication, improve processes, and make sure Omni's commitment to thoughtful service shows up in the details.
Joe Green
Executive Director of Omni AccessAbility
Joe leads Omni AccessAbility, helping people make their homes safer, more comfortable, and easier to navigate. As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), he brings practical guidance to projects that support independence at home.
Jeff Hearne
Lead Estimator
Jeff helps clients understand the scope of their projects and what it will take to bring their vision to life. As Lead Estimator, he oversees the estimating process, evaluates project requirements, and works closely with the team to develop clear, thoughtful proposals. His goal is to help clients make informed decisions and establish a solid foundation before construction begins.
Kendrick "KT" Toliver
Field Operations Manager
KT leads crews in the field and helps ensure work is carried out safely and to Omni's quality standards. He works closely with subcontractors to solve problems on site and keep projects moving.
Thomas Stripling
Project Manager
Thomas helps keep projects running smoothly by coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day activity on the jobsite. He serves as a key connection between clients, the field team, and the office, making sure questions are answered, issues are addressed, and work continues moving forward with the quality and attention to detail Omni is known for.
Alyssa Adams
Project Coordinator
Alyssa helps keep projects organized behind the scenes, coordinating details and communication so the team and clients know what comes next.
Lydia Adams
Project Coordinator
Lydia supports the day-to-day coordination that keeps projects moving, helping the team stay organized and connected throughout the process.
Logan Ringo
Disaster Recovery Coordinator, IICRC Certified
Logan supports Omni's disaster recovery efforts as an IICRC-certified coordinator, providing guidance on proper mitigation and restoration practices. He helps ensure projects align with industry standards and are handled with care from start to finish.
