Services
Omni Construction Services provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, renovation, repair, maintenance, and design-related services as outlined in written proposals, estimates, contracts, and change orders.
Estimates & Change Orders
Project pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in approved project documents.
Any changes to the scope, materials, design selections, schedule, or requested work may require a written change order and may affect pricing and project timelines.
Payments
At Omni Construction Services, we believe payment should follow progress whenever possible. Rather than collecting large upfront deposits, we typically collect payments as agreed-upon portions of the project are completed.
Most projects operate on a progress draw schedule, with payments collected on Fridays based on work completed during the current phase of construction.
Certain projects may require advance payment for special-order materials, custom products, or items that must be purchased specifically for the project before work can proceed. Any required advance payments will be discussed and documented in writing before orders are placed.
Project-specific payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the applicable agreement.

Warranties
