Omni Construction Services is a Texas-based general contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction, including new builds, remodels, renovations, repairs, and maintenance. With over 30 years of experience, founder Pete Ringo Jr. has built a reputation for fair pricing, quality craftsmanship, and trustworthy service.
From custom homes and commercial spaces to kitchen and bathroom renovations, we deliver excellence with integrity while building more than structures,
while building relationships and serving others.

The foundation of our mission statement is “Purpose Over Profits.” Our goal is to serve the community with integrity and to help every client achieve their vision. Our true purpose is to share the Word of God in the marketplace. We believe that as long as we remain true to this purpose, God will provide, and He has, abundantly!

Pete Ringo Jr.
Founder President
Pete founded Omni Construction Services with a commitment to doing business differently—putting people before profits. With decades of experience and deep roots in Montgomery County, he leads the team with integrity, accountability, and a hands-on approach to every project.

Brianna Pena
Construction Administrator
Brianna keeps everything moving behind the scenes—from scheduling and permits to contracts and client communication. She ensures every project stays organized, efficient, and supported from start to finish.

Joe Green
Senior Project Manager & Estimator
Joe oversees project scopes, pricing, and client communication from the first walkthrough to final completion. He’s known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and keeping projects on track.

Krista Adkins
Community Engagement, Marketing & Design Director
Krista leads Omni’s marketing, community outreach, and client experience, while also guiding clients through design decisions and selections. She is known for clear communication, thoughtful detail, and building strong relationships that make the process feel smooth and personal from start to finish.

Kendrick Toliver
Project Manager & Field Operations
KT manages day-to-day activity on job sites, overseeing quality, safety, and subcontractors while keeping projects on schedule and running smoothly. He’s hands-on, solutions-focused, and known for problem-solving in the field, ensuring every detail is completed to a high standard.

Disaster Recovery Coordinator

Logan supports Omni’s disaster recovery efforts as an IICRC-certified coordinator, providing guidance on proper mitigation and restoration practices. He helps ensure projects align with industry standards and are handled with care from start to finish.
